I missed my training for 4 days.It was difficult to keep my training as scheadules. My running was not consistent as before KLIM. I’m getting bored with my rutin. I have 5k race in June. It is an opportunity for me to proved myself that I’m good with this sport. Lately, things just not easy as before.I have to forced myself to get out from bed early in the morning. That is the only free time I have for training. By the time I reached the park it was 6:40a.m. Only managed to do 4km, coz need to rushed for work. Haven’t done any long run since KLIM. My weekly mileage drop to 12km per week. I’m desprate to improve my timing for June race. Really need it badly. But with inconsistent training, I know it’s going to be really tough.
