The Routine

Alarm berbunyi…dah pukul 6.10pagi. Mata masih mengantuk pasal tido lewat semalam. Reset pukul 6:17 tapi terlajak pula. Nasib baik lom 6.30. Bangun tengok cuaca macam ok jer. Tapi malas mula menghasut sebab dah tak sempat nak buat 5km pagi ni. Jadi mood nak lari dah takde. Nasib baik otak aku ni sempat jugak berpikir. Sikit lebih baik dari takde langsung. Kalau tak buat, nanti mesti menyesal giler. Kuatkan semangat…tukar baju dan keluar. Nasib baik park dekat je. 

Sampai park dah dekat pukul 6.40. Sempatla buat 3.3km. Ingatkan nak buat 4km. Tapi aku ni lembab sangat nak lari. 3.3km tu pun dah buat 20minit.sigh!! Nanti lambat pulak nak ke office. Record last month tak berapa baik. Selalu datang office lambat. So, bulan ni, kena datang on time. Takut kena warning la pulak.

15minit rehat, 5 minit mandi, 10minit kemas, 5minit mesti kuar rumah, 10minit mesti sampai office. That is my life almost every morning…since I start this.huhu…dulu nak bangun pukul 7 pun lom tentu.

Hari ini dan semalam….

Yesterday training.

Yes..I did my 5km race trial. I ran as fast as I could. But the route is an easy route…with no hill. Well, I guess I need to train more in UPM campus starting next week.UPM route is tough with lots of hill. My timimng is ok even I have to stop and walk about 200m because of the dog(fobia…cerita 7 tahun lepas masa jogging gak).

Later that afternoon, I went to join”tarian poco-poco” with my colleagues. It was my first time. And it was fun. Huhuhu… berdangdut lah kita.

Today

Woke up late at 9:45a.m. Takde mood nak buat apa2. Pasal dah bangun lambat…otak pun dah jadi lembab dan malas. argh!! Lutut ku sakit. Tonite do some icing on my knee. I hope the pain gone. Tomorrow start my weekly training. I wonder, how was the other two ladies doing. sure they train well. Worried they will do better then I am. hmmm….sigh

I’m glad I did 5km on wednesday, after a month wit inconsistent training. My first 5km since two week.I’m struggling to gain back my fitness level. From 90% been dropped to 40%. I’m desprate for improvement…and an ASEAN title to dream….I have few week left to make myself proud.  Shoot….!! I hope I took things seriously. Seems like everybody expecting me to win. Hahaha…wut are  they thinking. Sure it is not easy. But anyway…Wish me luck.

Happy Birthday

I’m not working today. Taking leave for one day.Thought to start the day with 5k run, but it’s raining. Back to sleep again. But for a while only. Wake up to finished some office work that I brought home last friday. Trying to finished it before afternoon. Later I have a lunch date with my friend.

I planned to go for swim today. But I had my dinner instead. My hubby told me, that I should eat more cause I’m too thin. ”er…ye ke?”

End up today with zero excercise.
